REBUILDING THE RAILS THAT MOVE THE WORLD.

Money is becoming software. Capital markets are becoming programmable. We back the founders rebuilding the systems that move the world's money faster, cheaper, and on infrastructure that does not stop for weekends or borders.

Global financial infrastructure has been running on patches and IOUs for forty years. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and programmable capital are not crypto experiments they are the long-overdue upgrade. The companies winning this decade will be the ones quietly replacing pieces of that legacy stack with something faster, cheaper, and globally accessible.

We are interested in companies sitting at the intersection of regulated finance and on-chain infrastructure. Not crypto-native pure plays, and not legacy fintech wrappers. The most interesting work is being done by founders who can ship to both worlds.

Where we invest

Our FinTech thesis is built around four areas where capital is moving fastest from legacy rails to programmable ones.

  1. Stablecoin payment rails The settlement layer for global B2B and B2C payments, replacing correspondent banking with programmable money flows.
  2. Tokenized real-world assets Treasuries, credit, private funds, and commodities being brought onchain with compliance, custody, and distribution built in.
  3. On-chain capital markets Issuance, trading, clearing, and settlement infrastructure for tokenized equity, debt, and structured products.
  4. Compliance & identity infrastructure KYB, KYC, attestation, and policy-enforcement primitives that let onchain systems plug into the regulated economy.
The next $100B financial companies will not look like banks or like crypto. They will look like both.

What we look for

Financial infrastructure rewards founders who respect the regulatory surface area and understand that "decentralized" is not a substitute for "compliant." We back teams who have shipped inside banks, exchanges, brokers, or payment networks people who know where the bodies are buried in the existing system.

We are particularly interested in teams targeting markets with high transaction volume, painful legacy infrastructure, and clear regulatory pathways. Boring problems with massive flows beat exciting problems with no path to revenue.

What we don't believe

We are skeptical of pure DeFi plays without distribution into traditional finance, of "fintech for X" with no clear regulatory thesis, and of any pitch that assumes regulators will simply step aside. The teams that win this decade build for the world as it is and pull it forward, one regulated rail at a time.
